Domains follow global registry rules. You must keep your domain information accurate. GenzCloudy is not responsible for expired domains due to late renewals.
7. Hosting Resources
Users must follow fair usage guidelines. Overuse of CPU, bandwidth or storage may lead to warnings or limits.
8. Data Backup
We provide backups for convenience, but full recovery is not guaranteed. You should maintain your own backups.
9. Support
Support is available 24/7 through tickets or WhatsApp. Response times depend on the issue.
10. Service Modifications
GenzCloudy may update or modify services to improve performance. Major updates will be communicated when needed.
11. Limitation of Liability
GenzCloudy is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, data issues or third-party failures. Services are provided as-is.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, AUP or payment rules.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.
